Returns and refunds are not accepted. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions about this policy. Pre-orders, special order items or dyed to order listings are non-refundable, no exceptions.
If we have sent the wrong item, we will accept an exchange and will cover return postage. Please email for the address to send any returns.
Please check your item listing for estimated dispatch timeline. In stock items we aim to dispatch within seven business days of your order being received. Dyed to order items can take up to 21 business days. Special order items will be given a dispatch timeline on a case by case basis.
Botanical Yarn does not cover duties, customs charges or VAT/GST on behalf of our customers. If you are ordering from the EU or beyond then there may be additional fees and delays to your order arriving. We cannot predict these charges and you accept responsibility for payment of any extra charges incurred.
Please remember that Botanical Yarn is a small business, doing our best to make a living dyeing beautiful yarn. Sometimes life circumstances mean that delays may happen and we appreciate your support and patience.
