Dear Valued Customers,

Unfortunately, due to the new de minimis tariffs in the USA, we will be pausing shipping to the US until we have a further update on how it can be possible to resume. This pause in shipping will be from 23:59 BST on 21st August, 18:59 EDT / 15:59 PDT.

We are very grateful for all of our customers around the world, our US customers are such an important part of our business, so we hope to be able to start shipping to the US again in September and we will provide another update as soon as we have more information. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will be exhibiting at A Woolen Affair in New York on 17th October - we hope to see you there!

Any outstanding orders to the US will be shipped on a priority service to hopefully arrive before the 29th August. As for monthly subscriptions and our 2025 Advent Calendar and Christmas Box, we will have a solution in place for this and update you accordingly.
