Shipping

Botanical Yarn does not cover duties, customs charges or VAT/GST on behalf of our customers. If you are ordering from the EU then there may be additional fees and delays to your order arriving.

Shipping:
For UK shipping I use Royal Mail tracked services, which are insured.

The price you see on the postage and packaging price includes the packaging to wrap your order and a tracked service which is insured. If you order a small item such as a stitch marker or an enamel pin, I will refund the excess shipping at my discretion. Orders will be combined and excess shipping refunded where possible. 

Please note that due to Brexit, EU orders may attract additional VAT and custom admin fees that will be added by your domestic mail handler. We am not responsible for these charges that are applied by your country. 

For international shipping I also use Royal Mail tracked services which are insured. I am not responsible for these charges that are applied by your country. International orders can take up to 4 - 12 weeks to arrive, so please be patient. 

Dispatch Timeline:
Please check your product listing for estimated dispatch time. Please note that during busy times it may take longer to dispatch your items. We will do our best to communicate delays when they occur. 

Lost Parcels:
If your order does not arrive within 28 days of your order being placed (if you are in the UK) or within 8 weeks (for international orders) please contact your local post office using the tracking number provided as a first port of call. If you are unsuccessful in locating your parcel then please send us an email at nicola@botanicalyarn.com
