This is my summer sweater for dressy occasions number one! I love the delicate colors together, the little lively pink pops of the pink colorway and the calming serenity of the peachy beige shade of main color, that pair perfectly with this lovely lace and stockinette stitch stripes.

Piennar Top is worked from top down in one piece. The shoulders are shaped with short rows giving this top a delightful fit with plenty of positive ease.

MATERIALS
Yarn:

Botanical Yarn: 4ply Plump NSW Merino Linen - 80% NSW Merino 20% Linen 400m/100g

  • 1 (2, 2, 2, 2) (2, 3, 3) skeins  Alchemilla Mollis Approx - 400 (460, 520, 600, 680) (760, 840, 930) m of fingering weight yarn in MC.

  • 1 (1, 1, 1, 2) (2, 2, 2) skeins Hellebore Orientalis Approx -  310 (340, 370, 400, 440) (490, 540, 600) m of fingering weight yarn in CC. 

Needles: US 4 (3.5 mm) and US 2½ (3 mm) circular needles, 32” (80 cm) long or longer, and dpns in each size if not using magic loop method for small circumference knitting.

Finished Chest Circumference: 35.5 (41, 45.5, 51, 56) (61, 66, 71)” / 89 (102, 114, 127, 140) (152, 165, 178) cm. Choose a size with approx. 6–10” (15–25 cm) of positive ease. 

GAUGE
22 sts and 30 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette stitch and in Lace Pattern using larger needles, after blocking.

For our brighter and neon colors, we do our best to ensure the dye is set. However, for high contrast colors—for example, if you use bright pink with undyed yarns—we recommend using a color catcher when wet blocking and washing. This will absorb any excess dye that may bleed.

As a small business, we may need to contact you to request additional shipping fees if the cost exceeds our allowance. We hope you understand that we cannot absorb these costs as we are a micro business. We do ship worldwide, and are GSPR registered. Our GSPR details will be attached to the outer packaging of your order.
