If you order multiple items. some of which are dyed to order and some of which are ready to ship, your order will ship when all items are ready.  

During busy times there may be delays to dispatching your yarn. If 21 business days have passed since you placed your order, please email as below.

Please note that we may need to ship your order in multiple packages if it exceeds our weight threshold or if the stock is arriving in multiple shipments. We appreciate your patience as we process your order.

For our brighter and neon colors, we do our best to ensure the dye is set. However, for high contrast colors—for example, if you use bright pink with undyed yarns—we recommend using a color catcher when wet blocking and washing. This will absorb any excess dye that may bleed.

As a small business, we may need to contact you to request additional shipping fees if the cost exceeds our allowance. We hope you understand that we cannot absorb these costs as we are a micro business. We do ship worldwide, and are GSPR registered. Our GSPR details will be attached to the outer packaging of your order. For US Shipments, a 10% duties charge will be included in the shipping cost at the checkout, which then means your order will be delivered with duties paid.
