We've just moved into a wonderful new studio space to help to expand our business, which has been very costly and we've spent lots of time and effort getting the new space fit for use.

Unfortunately, the new two dye ovens that we ordered, aren't the quality that we expected, and within one day of use, the safety glass in the ovens have cracked and the grooves for the trays have expanded - then the yarn went all over the floor!

We've contacted the company where we bought the ovens from and they are being very slow on accepting a return and a refund. 

With the autumn yarn festivals and advent season approaching, we do need to purchase another oven to continue our dyeing, so we're asking for your help!

If you would be so kind to purchase a gift card from our website -- which will be valid to use on our website from 1st January 2025 -- then this will give us time to catch up on our dyeing schedule and it's also a great way of supporting us in January.

This means that we will then have the funds to buy the new oven and continue dyeing.
